They sold jazz, popular, classical, ethnic, western, folk and Latin American LP phonographs. Another store under the same management was located at 7 South Genessee in Waukegan. The Libertyville shop remained in business until 1962. Just to the east of The Record Shop was Carl's Barber Shop."
